We wish to inform that on the recommendations of the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held today i.e. on March 26, 2024 has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ashok Kumar Khandelwal, Chief Compliance Officer, for a further period of 3 years w.e.f. April 17, 2024 pursuant to RBI guidelines for 'Compliance functions in banks and Role of Chief Compliance Officer' dated September 11, 2020.\r\n\r\nThe above disclosure is made in compliance of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 and details are covered in the Annexure. \r\n\r\nThe above information is also made available on the website of the Bank www.aubank.in.
